He will be treated exactly the same as every other user. - And I dont have the exact time for the BAP Exchange. Sometime on Wednesday, or Thursday if there's delays... And frankly, it doesn't matter. You don't need to be the first person to buy ads. There's no advantage to that... So long as you buy ads before the first ad issue; you're the first one in. And if you're looking to buy cheap shares... the same, it'll take a few days for people to panic sell their shares. I don't think it'll be a one day thing. Previously it was a 1-2month thing. But this time will be a lot shorter, as there's far more money flying around; and we have a lot more resources to use to push things forward. ------ And at the risk of spooking / confusing people further... I'll share a thought with you, or two about the big picture: 1) I wonder if PV BAP Swaps will elliminate the need for MTV Debt Swaps? 2) If not... I wonder if we'll end up alternating them. Between BAP Exchanges & FTQ Swaps. (And that has its advantages... as it makes it much smoother; as there's always one half the business that is working perfectly) And either way... this whole concept of Debt/BAP swaps actually has a mechanism now. And it's real tidy too... The last big debt swap involved wiping the entire system clean. Deleting all logs, portfolio revenues etc... Absolutely everything. That was both a lot of work, and totally messy. As it erases our history completely. But now, we just zero a BAP balance with a history entry, and issue shares. And the same could easily happen with the FTQ if need be. --- And to answer the question that will be on your minds after reading the above... I don't think there'll be a FTQ swap anytime soon. I think we may even be able to go through all of 2015 without anymore swaps.... As i'm sure PV will pull us through until the next big product/s - which will surely arrive by mid to late 2015 at the latest. * As I have a theory, that the bigger the portfolio & the bigger we get in general. The more infrequent swaps will become. Currently it's about 1 per year (ignore the first year or so, as that was messy // getting started is twice as hard as just growing a working system) But... just a thought! I'm interested in what you think: Paidverts or MTV should be buying shares and cancelling some of them. This creates scarcity and helps the supply/demand dynamic. I think this is where the PV debt failed. PV was dependent upon a higher share price to meet its funding formulas. The problem was all these splits created too much liquidity in the share market and the liquidity couldn't be absorbed fast enough by the money that flowed in. Thus Jo has to basically trade out all the BAP for the current share liquidity. I think this is the #1 problem that has to be solved. The right  balance of share liquidity to cash liquidity in order to keep the shares scarcity high and create a constant upward trajectory on the share price Another thing he could do that I just thought of would be a reverse split to get the liquidity balance right again dguy Traffic Value: $15,993.01608 Canada 11 like this post 0 people 29/12/2014 21:37 @pongol I started in this site with a $79 investment over 2 years ago. I bought shares and referred for the most of my earnings. I have put more cash in but I don't think it is more than $500 invested total. You see my traffic value. Though it is not that high still, that is the peak. All that money above and beyond what I put in came from dividends, share splits, share increases, referral earnings, PV and other things. The most important point is that it came out of this site over time! This is the value that Jo created for me and other higher value members, but it took time.  Over two years for me. Yes, Jo does tend to rush a decision through once he has made it. That is just his temperament. Don't take it personal. I know it is shocking at first when you haven't figured out his style but take it from older members, he always does it this way. That is Jo being Jo. Just know that over time he will probably continue to create value for all of us. The problem many are having is that this site is creating value so fast that two weeks or two months seems like a lifetime. I tell you this my friend. Have some calm and wait a little. We should get through the rough patches but it will take time. We are still figuring this rocket ship out after we have blasted off but I don't think Jo will crash this thing. He might make us go through crazy flips sometimes but so far he has managed to create a lot of value for a lot of people. I sold $100k+ in 24-48hours only a couple days ago, with a discounted price. Today alone, there's been $166k worth of trades. And you can't "delete shares" ... they earn a fixed percentage of turnover. 19% between all 380,000,000 shares. PV & MTV Portfolio are buying up shares. Along with some big shareholders investing in the long term. The sharemarket is fine in my opinion... We just need to improve the buy/sell functions a bit; and with a slightly different application of the same fees; I think it'll be more profitable for the portfolio & more dynamic. Allowing day traders bigger swings / profits. ----- And things change all the time... I don't really see any difference between acting on an idea in 24hours, vs procrastinating for days / weeks. .. If the idea is productive; then we'll do it ASAP. And debt swaps aren't new... the BAP exchange version of it is a first. But this a known strategy.... And if you remember, in October or so; I proposed the idea of swapping the FTQ. But decided against it, as it wasn't necessary at the time. (Though if we had done it; there would have been advantages most definitely) But this time... a BAP exchange I think is a good move. Especially at this time of year. (Also... we did a similar thing at the same time last year; and that worked out amazingly well. So let's see if works again! (See if Einsteins definition of insanity holds true in a more productive manner!) I wonder if we can get 100x increase in our valuation this year? That's my goal! And $1m ad sales on day one... I think that's a bit high... but actually, it's entirely possible. 480,000 users. 60k definitely active. And $493,000 in cash balances right now. Plus Paypal and the rest of the payment processors. Who knows! $1m would be nice, $100k+ portfolio revenues.
