It shouldn't affect cashouts. However, you will still incur the daily taxes. As for buying shares, it's really up to you. You can buy shares using your BAP and when you're ready to go back in, you can sell them in exchange for BAP again (hopefully by that time the share BAP price is higher) or sell them in exchange for cash.
