The ads that you see prior to that were probably 1% ads or possible crossed over ads. As you can see, he's still in Group 10 at that time (he has only 5961834 BAP prior to the actual daily ad issue). The only bottleneck is bandwidth. And we can't increase that at our current datacenter / with our current servers. For which we need to move to a Virtual Private Rack, that has a scalable port. The early issue might actually help that a lot, as it gives users 10hours+ before peak traffic (mid-day GMT) to view their ads. That should be the extra BAP he needs to add on top of the minimum BAP for Group 11 so he won't slide down to Group 10 when those 1% ads come in prior to the daily ad issue. If he purchased upgrades (mini, mega and recycle upgrade), he should adjust a few more BAP in the computation.
