Server Reset or the moment that the Daily Ad Issue is sent (which has no fixed time). I really thought it was server reset, and could swear when I straddled lvl 2 and 3, server reset was what mattered b/c at Server reset then I was 3, but went under lvl 2, by the time Daily Ad Issue was sent, and still got lvl 3 ads. However, today, I was at lvl 8 at server reset, fell just below it after, the 1% of purchases put me under. I went to bed thinking, well I can't buy cheap/any shares, cause it won't update, so I'll try later. I was at lvl 8 at server reset so no need to get my BAP back to lvl 8, until the next server reset. However, I got lvl 7 (+ a very slight more, like others have said) Ad Issue, NOT lvl 8. So, what's the real deal? That's a loss of $16+ btwn the 2 lvls. An expensive, IMO, lesson.
