All I want to say is that people tend to look at what others are choosing and behaving like, and then they very often make the same choice or a choice that looks a lot like it. That's how social behavior works. So the name shouldn't be too deviate in comparison with the names of other currency exchangers. He feels strongly in his opinion so you will have to do better than what I've read so far to change his mind. That said: Just how much does it cost to own a website that then redirects to the main one? I know that in the beginning web days, Google themselves bought a few different websites and then redirected the viewer to Google.com. They do this b/c of misspelling and to make sure their competition doesn't buy it and profit off the accidental traffic and/or make a mockery of you. For instance, Politicians need to own a lot of websites, even though they will only maintain the one they advertise, b/c otherwise the opposition or a group that the politician is against will use that similar webpage to do what they want with it. So, for us, we could redirect MyExchanger.com to BarterMyFunds.com...not b/c the names are similar but we want the axuillary traffic of the "Exchange" results to go to us, even though we want to really make our name in the Barter and Funds SEO Market. Something to think about if owning a redirect only webpage is inexpensive. Even $10 means you need to start with $87, just to break even. It would be hard to find the balance to get both more access fee revenue and not lose any Investments. 1 $100 vs 10 $10 is the same. So is 1 $1000 vs 10 $100 There aren't a whole lot investing thousands, and actually quite a few not even investing $77. One idea is per $250 invested, you need to pay $10. Basically, it's not virtually free to the rich but still accessible to those who can afford $100. If you mean only when he plans on closing it, well the plan is to see if only 115% investments is enough to keep the amount of dev funds coming in as needed. This will mean less Revenue is needed to cover all that "debt". If that doesn't work, sure we could raise the fee to $100, so only those with money to lose, thus more patience/understanding if the added 15% in debt takes longer than expected to repay. Also, with a "limited time only" 15% boost that should at that time bring in the dev funds to settle that months/quarters books, so unlike when the 130% was first offered few months ago, it really will be a limited time upgrade. The term 'Barter' refers directly to the action of 'trade' without one of the two components being currency. I.E.: Bartering an animal for raw materials. Bartering is normally a non-taxable form of exchange here in the US and probably many other countries. Barter got 31 million results Exchanger got 21 million results so there are actually more people interested in bartering than exchanging. Also, the people that would be interested in bartering would probably be attracted to our site and the 'off grid' nature our our earnings and investments. People are always looking for the easiest and cheapest way to exchange.
