What actually happen with these ads that are not distributee? They add up for the next ad issue or they are recycled?

In most cases the support does a great job, it's just special cases.
Our support is far quicker than most major companies out there, that alone should already be a big plus for our company.

LOL, don't at least say that our support is quicker than most companies out there. It is surely not.
Although I have a very good suggestion to increase support speed, without much expenses. Like my most other suggestions, u may find this one also useful. tongue

I am sure that many if not most support tickets are related to non-account issues, such as general queries, ad issues, some info about mtv, how to earn, how to deposit etc. etc...

So my suggestion is to have these tickets forwarded to mods and experienced members of MTV, like Druthx, Carvalho etc. These members and mods are aware of the total functioning of the MTV and it's features etc. So it will help the support team to focus more on account related issues only, speeding the support ticket processing. In return for their services, these members and mods can be given some compensation like 5 RP/ticket or maybe some coins in CCE. Now don't say from where these extra coins or RPs will come from? I am sure you will figure it out. Also I am sure many of these experienced members won't even ask for any compensation as they already help answer members' questions on forums.
As for how to categorize account and non-account tickets, one option can be inserted in ticket creation, where user can specify account or non-account. Or first the tickets can be sent to these members, who can choose non-support tickets and forward account tickets to support staff or vice-versa. This feature can be built in "Royalty Position Holder Control Panel" also.
Support is snail speed here, we should admit it and try to improve it!

That's just a blatantly false statement.
24 hour support is rare with any payment processor, credit card company, bank and most other big companies.
If you think dealing with 1000s of tickets is easy, think again.
But.. We're still hiring 3 more people next week to anticipate for the growth that will occur soon.

@siddartha149

I had a very positive experience, and I felt it was good for the company and its members for me to let everyone know about it and to pass along my thanks.

It sure didn't take long, however, for you to once again chime in with your negativety and turn a positive note into a "bash the company" moment.

Can't you ever just let things be and let a good thing JUST BE A GOOD THING?

WOA, calm down your horses Joe. I think you are taking me as some other person. I am one of the biggest supporters of Marc and MTV here, and have many a times openly supported both of them.
Also I don't say that you haven't received the support within 3 hours. What I said was for Marc's statement, that MTV's support is faster than most major companies out there. I don't know which companies he is mentioning, but there is clear speed difference between MTV support and other companies. I have NEVER had to wait for days to get my support ticket answered on ANY OTHER platform. You will soon find that how many people here would agree to my this statement. Being a supporter does not mean, I should not point out areas of improvements. And above all things, I did not criticize slow support. I very well know how difficult it is right now to balance the things. Marc and team is right now walking on a rope. A little extra left, FALL, a little extra right, FALL. So I can understand how difficult it is to make decisions on where to allocate the resources. That is why I suggested cheaper or probably free way of answering many of the tickets, lightening the burden of 1000s of tickets which MTV receives. I think now you will be able to understand what I truly meant to say above.

@jordy As mentioned before likely on a monthly basis, as that's how most advertisers pay.

So far, from 13th January CE has earned:

~ $35 from banners via A4g
~ $5/day via adhitz banners since they were tested and mostly replaced A4G 5 days ago, so about $25
When first 30 days are over, we expect to earn at least $110 in total from banners
~ $418 from shop purchases, which are even picking up slowly, expected at least $600 in total within the first 30 days
~ $130 from offerwalls, ~$200 expected within first 30 days

In total, looking at current numbers we expect the game to earn a total of $900+ in its first 30 days.
** there is the BAP reward incentive to cover that reduces this profit which we will decide exactly how, but important thing is we already earned enough to cover it and any profit past this point will be pure additional profit.

Important things to note:
- We've had less players/traffic in the first month than we expected, but for this amount of players the earnings are far higher than we expected. So the focus is on now improving the game and increasing the userbase and user retention. For example, without the tutorial and a lot of things being unclear in the first 2-3 weeks of the game launch, a lot of players simply left.

- Daily players are now steadily increasing just via the coinflip banner after running out of BAP ads to view. That will be heavily improved via the PV UX/flow rework, which we'll finally get to finish specifying after freemium game is launched. We plan to integrate CE into the regular daily "routine" of a PV user, via various incentives/activity system, via which we should easily be able to convert a sizeable portion of PV users, to daily CE users. This is an unofficial statement, but via those I think we can easily increase the playerbase/impressions via that alone by 5x or more.

- Then there's optimization to monetization. With moving CE to a standalone domain, we should be able to server AdSense ads on it, that are likely to be around twice as effective as current ad hitz ones, which were already a vast improvement for the current amount of traffic.

Not to mention that we are still waiting on the reliable rewarded video source to return, which could help double or even triple the advertising revenues additionally.

Please note that most of the above are not a guarantee, but educated estimations that we will be plowing towards and might take some time(a few months). Breaking through in this market first requires increasing player base/impressions to get better conditions and optimizing monetization via testing throughout. Best part is once we get a good grip on it and secure reliable advertisers, have solid strategies and optimization techniques in place, we will be able to apply them in every future similar project much faster and more efficiently.

Is there any difference in earnings from banner is player actually click on banner? OR we are paid only for banners displaying ?

A4G has both CPC and CPM bids placed on banners , so there it varies.

When it comes to AdHitz They pay by CPC(per click) only. It is why for example, Adhitz placed on PaidVerts is performing poorly (very low Click Through Rate ~0,02%), but why we decided to test it on CE - as we noticed the CTR to be amazing (over 1%). And why AdHitz is currently outperforming A4g here.

Please note that you should not and attempt to "abuse" this. Don't click on the banners for the sake of it, as it can be detected as unnatural clicks and actually reduce earnings. Deem banners as any other - don't take any note that we earn from that and only because of THAT click on them.

Thank you.

BTW, Andraz. Someone needs to change URL for CE banner on PBG because it still redirects to BMF.

Think twice before asserting on what you can't be sure

If it can help you ...the two big (private) brazilian banks... (Santander & ITAU)... I am dealing with, usully promise 24 hours response on their automated validating mail.
Luckily for them (and for us the users) they DO GET IN TOUCH in less that those 24 hours  promised time.
Funny enough some people say we do live in a third world country...shocked ... surely not when it comes about the banking industry

Faby1958, Marc's words were a little bit exaggerated, but he said "rare" (not nonexistent) and it's obvious what that means. However:
1. Just think about how many people work in Support team in your "big private" banks
2. They certainly don't receive complaints like "Where are my ads?" or "I forgot my birthday"
3. They have many offices around the city so most people go there to ask questions
4. I never heard that Brazil is a third world country (maybe it was long time ago, but definitely not now!)

Don't take this too seriously. I've got mixed experiences with online businesses, but the worst "support" ever I had with Solid Trust Pay so I understand what Marc is talking about.

I used to make up for 100s of thousands of transaction volume in SolidTrustPay.
It is a bit expensive, but I never had any issues.
Until I tried their credit card and they changed their policies a bit.
The credit card took me 4 applications, got lost in the mail once and overall took me 6 months.
Meanwhile I tried to reach the support and they all sent me to other support services like "Call mastercard, call the postal service" and then after 2 months they said: Oh, sorry.. We never sent your card in the first place as we changed partnerships.
Ordered a new card.. Got it after about 3 weeks.
Had to book an apartment, transfered money to the credit card, it never arrived and I couldn't get hold of the support.
They never returned me my $1100 and kept forwarding me to other companies again.
Horrible support, they were the main push for me to learn how bitcoin works.

OK, so when you were talking about most major companies, then you were basically talking about SolidTrustPay. So sorry to misunderstand you.

No, Marc was referring to many big companies, STP included, but not just STP.

Of course, not every single big company has a bad support, but many of them actually have an awful support.

Talking about support.

This is all waiting for one request (investment actually) smile

After I posted this on the forum I got the response and since it wasn't resolved it's now in the second wait:

The person helping is nice and heplful, but not helping very often smile

I don't like to bitch, it's because we're talking how our support is better than no support I guess smile
