I've been very busy today and this news is not something that I enjoy delivering. As you know I mentioned having found a fairly decent deal with an advertiser a few days ago. The bad news is that we will most likely not have this deal anyway. The deal was with Traffic Monsoon. We would deliver a part of their clicks and be compensated for it. All in all it was a good deal and Traffic Monsoon proved to be strong through all of the past times.. I don't want to sound to negative.. But of course it had to get into trouble just when I decided to give in to their advertising deal. All of their funds got frozen as they're being investigated by the sec. I can't afford to retain an attorney... so I am seeking settlement outside of court with the sec and work with them to create a business model they can be happy with, and then sort out the details.. I believe they will push to refund everyone and balance out paying refunds to people who already earned more than what they have been paid. That's just what I'm imagining though ... All in all, it's not like we need this deal at all to survive or whatever, we are doing very well to be honest and we might actually profit from Traffic Monsoon disappearing as Paidverts proves to be very profitable and a stable giant in the market. At this moment I can not say for sure if we're either gonna feel pain from the issues that TM is dealing with or that we'll get extra people flooding our website, only time will tell. That was just ONE of the deals I`m sure you`ll pull off in the future. We got value. MTV is stable, PV is a great source of quality traffic for advertisers.In time people will realize how effective it can be. It is ran by the right people so there`s only good things to hope for in the future.

I am so glad you did not get the deal done.Marc, What are you thinking? Having a deal with the world worst Ponzi site ? This would be one of your biggest mistake if you had gotten this deal done. You NEED to steer clear of this man and Traffic Monsoon or You risk all of us being drained and dragged into the mud with Traffic Monsoon. Why are you playing with the devil's money ? I cant believe you actually tried to make a deal with HIM! MTV needs no association or relationship with him in any way if the intention is good or bad ...You almost threw a brick into my face.. I would be devastated to find this site to be mired into the mud with SEC involved.. Please use your moral common sense and not let your greedy business mind take over.... Imagine he would've been a guy with a random account logging into the website, buying advertising.. Everyone can do it.We didn't give him any funds or whatever, we were simply selling advertising which litterally the entire world population can purchase on our website. Also there was absolutely no risk involved as all payments would be made up front, like we always do.

That was close one. When the SEC appointed receiver goes through TM records, we did not want regular payments from him drawing attention MTV. I dont think Sc@mville grasps the severity of his situation. I cant remember the last time SEC spent the time & money to bring this caliber of charges that the charged didnt go to jail. ( Maybe SEC v Amway @1979.) Today is civil. The criminal causes of action arent even vented yet. They come later. I'll shed no tears for him. This is at least his 10th sc@m.

So I brought back an old member today. he is making $600 per month at clixsense and was actually trying to recruit me to another program. We got talking about PTCs and he said he was in CS and neobux and that is where he told me about his CS earnings. I asked him if he had heard of PV. He said yes, told me he had lost a bunch of BAPs there a while ago when the guy running wanted to spend between two sites. This puzzled me so I said, "Was his name Jo?". Yes, it was. So, to make a short story shorter, a relatively successful referrer out there hasn't even looked at this site since Jo has left and had no awareness of what happened regarding him. There are people out there who haven't looked at this site for over a year. When he saw the results table and some of the news here he was genuinely interested in giving this another try. So keep at it people. There are a lot of former members who have no idea what has happened here over the last year who liked it before but were burned by the old way of doing things. Show them new hope

It's all a closed cycle. People will always want something for nothing, it's in our nature. And it's the hyips/ponzis that are preying upon this.It does actually not matter if TM is a scam, it is enough that someone sued. So, they will be investigated - and they always find something, just because a system that delivers 10+% in 3 months or less is a threat to the establishment - the banks, funds, etc. If you are the victim of a scam, you are glad that the scammers assets are frozen asap. But think about it in broader circumstances, imagine yourself with your bank accounts and cards frozen. Our system is supposed to be built on presumption of innocence, this is the direct opposite.

Paidverts is the first PTC website I discovered. It makes me more than happy seeing it's working again, after 1 whole year. Guess patience pays. MTV and PV, despite all the swaps and sh1t Jo left us with, are my favorites, and now thanks to Marc, I guess we're here to stay. I can't thank you enough. Even tho I don't earn much currently (but I'll climb BAP Groups fast, I'm really patient) I thank you Marc. You did an awesome job. Respect
