Recycled ads don't work because the system is broken, the programmers are working on it... be patient.

problems with server load-vaunted Amazon broke down .... programmer must change-not guess what you can do website mirror and experiment and debug your site without having to work the core, and then after addressing just update the work site-point rather than hours and days

The recycled ads upgrade expires when one receive 1$ of recycled ads, doesn't matter how much time it's needed.

It's possible you receive 2000x0.0005$ ads (unless you have the filter, of course), it's clearly written in the buy page and in the TOS. It has nothing to do with the fact that at present the recycled ads don't work.
