Did you use it a lot? I haven't gotten any, been using it off and on for over a decade. Other processors are being looked at. But they also require liquid cash to be funded well enough to do their best to comply with 7 days cashout. When active, and mass pay is enabled PayPal should be easy enough to maintain 7 days rule. ESP b/c there is a maintainable limit on cashouts until there is enough funds.
