My market suggestion: Once you place a bid or use the Bulk Option, you have to wait 60min b4 doing the opposite action. However, to get around this, if you placed a bid and it was filled. Then the clock resets. You can also cancel any bids, even partial bids and reset the clock, fee for that is also enforced. If you used the Bulk Option, you have no recourse for the 60min time limit. Though, maybe the Bulk Option is a 30min clock instead and/or a high enough fee compared to what you "gained". This won't stop sell hours and then buy hours. But, if the market is strong enough, the price can bounce back b4 they can take advantage. Also, it wont stop teams from colluding to have some be buyers and some be sellers each hour. I think it would be way too much programming difficulty, but allowing you to say place a sell bid for 5000 shares, 1000 shares were sold, this now allows you to buy up to 1000 shares, would be a nice option as well. Also, I think any new rules should be only for the "1-10%". The rest (under 10K?) don't have the power to manipulate. Maybe even 50 or 100K. Not sure where "out of the game" turns into "take advantage" which then turns into "manipulate with risk" which then turns into "manipulate with virtually no risk". I also want a clock of a reasonable time, maybe an hour, or 4? Where if the bid of 10K+ was not filled (and if ppl start putting 9999 to get around that, we adjust), and it was close ($0.0025?) to the current price at the time, it's removed. The processors deal with the fees for cashout or deposit, not for ads purchase. So, for them to be in Paypal category must be when there is a cashout. @hayrog01, Cashouts with Paypal will be available in 1-2 weeks.
