"hope against hope" is also proving itself wrong. Your issue will be resolved at some point (ideally in the right order, not bumped to the front). Look, I recently had my ticket lost and it took a full week for me to have my issue resolved. I couldn't even login to politely ask if my ticket was in a backlog of red cases or what. I don't know how tickets get lost, but that might be part of the issue for your case. BTW, while we have rounded the corner from struggling, we still are a bit away to go b4 we are on very firm ground. A Lie (or misinformed statement) spreads 10x(or 100x) faster than the truth or correction later. Marc and all of us trying to correct your view to be the actual reality is important to stay on top of things. It will help speed up the solid recovery the more informed everyone is. Actions do speak louder than words. And our actions are speaking quite well. Unfortunately, you don't seem to see it. Granted, it's not incredibly visible (FTQ not paid, no dividends, RP price still under 1c, PV Ad Issues max out at $1K/day etc). However, our monthly costs have been cut drastically (and not just a cut in staff but everything else), we've created a number of products that are creating real profits. We went from being behind on our bills to getting close to break even, and still upward trajectory. FBG staff has plans for 2017 that are very reasonable goals that will help further this endeavour. Ok, I think I gave you more than enough of my time. I hope you take what I said to heart and really work on changing your mindset when it comes to FBG. We are not a HYIP, we are real, we will be here (in some form) longer than anyone else (yes, even CS/NB).
