I am unable to get payout confirmation email in my inbox,for this reason i have written to support team 3 days earlier,they have asked for subscription of email,i have checked and confrimed everything but problem not solved,,support team is not helping me out from past 3 dayswhat kind of progress MTV is making..............i dont understand......... somebody have any clue about this problem........or MTV is going...to be..........*c*m

@eagleworld What email provider are you using? GMail, Yahoo, etc?Have you checked whether your confirmation email is not lying in your Spam/Junk folder?

Well Marc i have to say Eaglewood plan might not help him get faster service but he got your attention. Which i am sure will translate in to something when it come to support.Not the best idea of how to get help though Eagleworld. As far as FBG going sc** i highly doubt that. If that was going to happen i would doubt Marc would have drove himself crazy, worked himself to the point of exhaustion to try and save it. It would have been so much simpler for him to have taken over and said we people i hate to inform you but this business is done. There is nothing i can do with it. So if your looking for something going sc** find banana boy Jo. I am sure you be happy with his latest and great failure. Which he will now pin on the BTC hard fork if or when it happens.

24 hours for Paidverts and 14 days for MTV.Mostly all cashouts are done fast only BTC can take some days if there is no BTC reserve.

@eagleworld,I had that same issue a few days ago... did not receive confirmation e-mail for about 5 hours. (You can look back at the news topic from the 18th) Try requesting the confirmation again

@MarcdeKoningI had to do it on FB BECAUSE your support is not working from past 3 days.there is more than one day when they last replied........... this is simple issue ,why it is taking 3 days.............why not answering suport ticket,. if you dont have BTC in reserve tell us ,i will wait but it is un ethical to not answer.....support ticket and what type of progress you are making.people can judge about the pathetic system of response from MTV @cashdrgn I have requested many times for resend of email,also did everything possible ,the support staff is not responding now.............. CAN SHARE A SCREEN SHOT WITH YOU PRIVATELY ABOUT MY CONVERSATION WITH SUPPORT STAFF @NCONRADI I am old user of MTV probably 3 year old, I HAVE done every thing ,checked spam ,junk etc ,i use gmail.......... i am angry at support staff behaviour including marc who have severe MTV problems in my opinion clearly they are lack of BTC but they r denying............. marc..............correct the problem with support.......otherwise there are many who can spam your PERSONAL facebook account.............we are not happy doing this but you are compelling now @bigbadmoose keep your advice with you ,dont advice me , .....what i have to do.............i do it myself...........keep hopes with MTV it will sail you over the world

i am surprised with 15 dislikes of my genuine query........(although my comment was genuine and not controvercial)Sorry to say, but all those people who had invested a large amount dislike the comments which is against MTV....................hoping against hope .COME ON ,PEOPLE always stood with truth...........not with your expectations....... i am not against MTV and pray tha MTV will boom.............but talk in reality...........not with your imagination and expectation........

If you read the news,you would know we have few people in support and support takes time.Marc said he is going to train 2 more.There is no live support so what do you expect,really?Some people have waited even weeks and you are complaining for 3 days?

@Crimsonyou picked my point, marc roaring about progress of MTV is not genuine and actually MTV is struggling , and one more thing i know that it will take time to respond when you have less staff but why MARC is not responding on FB instead..............if they have lack of staff than they should have not rude.......to customers.............best of luck for you as well

15 dislikes clearly means you are wrong with your statement and acting. As you can see no one else is complaining that did not get confirmation e-mail. So either that is your e-mail provider fault or there is a programming issue. In either case Support can not do anything else then forward that problem to programmers. And problems like this usually wait in a queue line. I understand you and I know it is frustrating to wait for answer for days. But unfortunately that is the world we are living in. It may help you if you would ask nice, not only Marc even slosumo sometimes answer in cases like this..Regarding to dislikes from people who invest a lot and expecting MTV booming or something like that. My personal expectation are everything what is more then 200$ in monthly dividends is something I am happy with. I support MTV cause of the whole concept and a fair and dedicated work of MTV team.

@bozofI respect your opinion and agree somewhat with you i have already told iam not newbie in MTV............you can check the history as well,i have not complained in past 3 years............. I am not impatient............i can wait for weeks...........but it is the behaviour of MTV SUPPORT including Marc. who are not serious about many things......including this minor one. The people who are giving me the advices of so called WORST MAN for MTV know that he always respond to his users on FB without even having support staff..........so dont compare with somebody who is far better professional.......
