I have heard that before as well. Back in 2002, however last time I looked in 2010 the funds were still in there and the Paypal account was still blocked. So good luck with the 6 months. My aunt Becky deposited $2000 in her Paypal account back in 2002 as well, and they locked the account they told her she might be a terrorist because her last name sounded Spanish, Go figure. It is still there, she said she wants to get a lawyer to sue the crap out of them. This is why I keep a maximum of $10 in my account at any time there.
