Not to be a conspiracy theorist, but I think I know how this thread was created...
But I'll keep my mouth shut, (i.e. save the keys some unnecessary use)

But Marc, aren't you getting yourself in trouble by accepting to run a ponzi in the Netherlands? I thought it was illegal... 
Or perhaps you are planning to move?

Leaving  CEO chair and leaving investing in MTV are two different things. He did say he will sold lots of share, but didn't said when, and at what price. He can bump the price up in order to sell higher. Just a thought

I would vote for Marc or Slosumo. Just think how he answers everything in the daily news, he's always aware of everything... but ye, he doesn't have more than 1% of Jo's shares (500.000 Slosumo's for the 41.000.000 from Jo).

I noticed that as well. I guess someone doesn't want the masses reading what Jo had to say and seeing how folks are panicking at the moment. People are getting all in an uproar after all that Jo said. However the site still could make a good come back, but when never knows. Me, I will wait and see what happens for now.

I think we should vote for the CEO also. We could lower the minimum requirements for CEO. Maybe down to 1 million or 5 million shares. Then have say a two month election where candidates can lay out their platform and vision for the company in the forum.

The ones that show a better vision and what they plan to do with the company are elected for maybe one year. Then we go through the election process also based on what the person has accomplished and any challengers they might receive.

At the same time we could hire 4 to 6 advisers/board members who also go through the same election process and forum posting with qualifications/vision. I'm thinking it should be an even number because then the CEO can be the tie breaker but if the board disagrees with him in a serious way, they have the power to overrule him

He didn't said he wanted to sell the site, don't lie, i've just read Jo post.
His word : "
I think I'll likely sell the majority of my position. Let Carlos and whoever else take this business forwards as they see fit."
His majority isn't even 10% of all. 
He said he think about selling, not selling. He could just play with words in order to make a panic effect then buying the share at lower price then selling at a better price then leaving.

We as Minority Shareholders have no say in who runs this company. It's clearly stated in the TOS. If we're "allowed" to vote, feel fortunate, as it is not required.
