We need someone who won't drive people away. I like Mike and I respect him for what he has accomplished here but I think there would be a mutiny in six months under his charge. I agree that Marc could probably be a good leader but it is all moot if Richard does not agree to it I also think we need a board of directors that members can vote on who will meet and guide the company forward so that all the decisions/responsibilities are not placed on one person and who are accountable to the members.
