I did this to a referrals account when she asked for some help once.  Why should you pay?  The option to reset your password with a payment is OPTIONAL. Meaning if you have no patience to wait for the other options then you can take this route to restore your password. It may be annoying but it is also there to protect your account from just anyone sending in a support ticket to change your email and password as the transaction verifies you are the correct account holder.  "Remember to check SPAM folder in your mailbox. It may take up to 1hour to arrive the restoring mail so please be patient. If you do not receive mail after that time please use below button to re-send restoring mail." Also take note of the last line  Your account will be unblocked automatically after 30 minutes.  Its annoying, I know because it took me a day to fix this exact issue for my referral when I accidentally used wrong pass and got her account suspended, patience helps everything. My Recommendation   You restart your computer to factory settings and case solved. Remember if you have important documents on your computer, you need to make a backup.
