The support team will be the only ones who will be able to solve your problem. I evaluated your post and please do forgive me if I did understood it incorrectly. Unfortunately I found that it is rather difficult to understand it, however,  what I believe you wanted to ask the support team is one of the below templates: A) I sold my RP's and someone bought them from me. I looked at my history and noticed that the amount I received was less than what the RP costs. B) I sold (input number of RP) Royalty positions but have been credited less than what I should've gotten. Since it was difficult for you to express your problem, the support team gave you such an answer. You can utilize the above templates (only if I understood it correctly). As I said some days ago, several loses in the Blackjack game took my attention, because I did not consider seven days in a row of loses something normal, so I decided to search about it. Tonight I made an Excel spreadsheet which I use to know how many times I win or lose the game. Here are the results. Total plays -- 500 WIN  --------  241 -- 48,2% LOSE --------  213 -- 42,60% TIE ----------  46 -- 9,2% This considers only the result of the game, it does not include amount of the bet or if I double or split cards (and they are ways to increase earnings on the winning games). One thing that I mentioned about a week ago in this topic, and seems nobody reply it, is the fact that there is not Blackjack in any game. I have not made a blackjack and the banker neither in all the games I have played. I don't know if it´s the only problem, but the Insurance option for example is useless, because all times I put the option NO and the banker never catch a blackjack. The loses of -$3300 are not a coincidence and it could be even worse for MTV, the user has the advantage in this game, so please mods advice to Slosumo, Marc or who is responsible of this game to put it down and review it again, and where they are sure it has the little house edge, let´s back the game. If we count ties as "half a win" for each side, we get 264 wins for player, and 236 wins for dealer. This equals a 95% confidence interval for player to win of 48.32% - 57.25%, which is well within expectation. Blackjack generally has a house edge of less than 1% depending on the exact rules. In regards to the catching black jacks, I just played about 10 hands myself, and dealer got 3 black jacks and I got 1. So bad/good luck on your part not seeing a black jack in 500 hands. Just swap it for another ad anytime it comes up. I'm no expert but when inspecting the code by pressing F12 there appears to be a lot of undefined variables etc BTW I would be interested to know from the programmers if what I found in the code was the cause of the problem.
