Not just yet. We are growing to a point of self-sustainability with MTV, first. Then, when it's Dev Funds buffer is satisfactory, some of the incoming Dev Funds will be directed at PV to restart it. We can't afford to divert incoming Dev Funds to the FTQ to pay out ad issues if it'll keep MTV from meeting its financial obligations or make the FTQ too unattractive to bring in enough Dev Funds.


Patience is needed [I myself am sitting on nearly 1.5M BAP], but PV has not been forgotten and they are anxious for the restart themselves. It's just money and timing that hold it back.

i am not receiving paid ads for a lot of months now,,what is the best way to earn from thata site,,i have invested totaly 140$ and i have nothing in my account,..,can anyone explain why im not receiving paid ads???

Just a clarification if I buy Adpack $1.05 then PV is not delivering Ads(individually) to click but I will receive only 3100BAPs? Or they mean that groups are not receiving Ads because PV has no funds for the group Ads.

you will get your personal 1% ads.
but you are corect, there still wont be daily ad issue.
but when you buy ad pack 0.5$ goes to development fund, more funds means faster/more products being developed.
one product to help reissuing ads was already released, and one big one will be released soon.
so with buying ad packs you are still helping with development and buildig your bap level for time when ad issue will be back
