And I like that they are feeling so enthusiastic about the new game, but Paidverts is also part of the business. It does not do any of us good to leave it unattended. Clear communication is a basic business courtesy, and goes towards building trust and loyalty on the rest of the users that haven't known the team for as long as we do. I don't think it's too much to ask for a short line saying something like "Dam cron got stuck again, ad issue is delayed until solved" or whatever else is appropiate. What happened yesterday was that the site was having consistent 504 issues (hence also no replies in the forum, as it wasn't reachable for several hours) and that "wait and try again" got out of hand.
