I am in the BAP group 1600 to 12k BAPs, and instead of getting 18 x $0.0005 ads for one day plus yesterday's ads, i got only one ad of $0.001 value, plus (only) today's achievement ad issue (but not yesterday's). I want to report an ad from paidverts / ptcshare, that is giving us a big headache. It is so nasty, but SO NASTY, that when i go through that ad, My computer ALMOST COMPLETELY FROZES. I can't almost even switch applications MY WHOLE COMPUTER GOES ZOMBIE. I try to move the cursor slowly up to the point i get to the X of the browser and the only solution is to CLOSE IT ALL, it doesn't even closes instantly the Operating System says the application is hanging and then it waits a lot to bring another popup and actually close it. This is a REALLY NASTY user experience. Please investigate further who is submitting this ad, i cannot even take a screenshot my whole computer gets frozen and every action takes a lot of minutes. The best thing i can do is to try to close my browser in like 10 minutes to recover control of my computer. So please look into ASAP and ban that advertiser this is a serious issue. AS i have no screenshot, the only thing i can give you is a visual description of the ad: There is a video (does not get to play before the ad freezes my pc) this guy that has green clothes (like it is a doctor / surgeon) with both hands extended to the sides like it's trying to give somebody a hug. The page says sometime about "Platinum club" or some club. To the side there is like a list of "people getting ahead of you" in terms of earning thousands of $. I can't recall anymore, in order to give more information i would need to take a picture with my phone of the paidverts / ptcshare site URL when it happens. I tried to take a screenshot with my snipping tool and that didn't work either. I even looked on bap history and earnings history on both sites and couldn't find the specific ad. But seriously this is happening daily now, 3 times i had to close my browser in awful conditions, not sure but probably it is a BAP AD. Please look into it and don't accept this type of advertising. The ticket I submitted about the withdrawal never had a reply. Btw that second ticket concerning the daily BAP bonus from waging had a very weird reply. I'm supposed to claim the bonus but there's no button to claim whatsoever. Meanwhile I'm wagging and reaching daily achievements but the bonus nowhere in my account. This is the second daily of wagging without receiving the bonus. Wagged over 200k BAP yesterday and over 500k today. Where's the bonus? Tickets are usually answered in less than 24-48 hours, but some cases could take longer. Your tickets have been replied to in just a few hours after you sent them, so just be patient, there is nothing out of the ordinary. (Wonder where this information should be?!) So as this isn't stated anywhere you kind of tricking users that keep wagging until they found this out via support? Lame to say the least. Edit: My ticket was replied 20h after my last reply. Not 2h. My last reply Friday 3:25 PM UTC. Was replied 2h ago. I'm not saying the replies are out of the ordinary. I'm saying that looking at website activity there's no reason to not have fast ticket replies. A few could be 2, 3 or 4 but never 20. Definition Seems you trying to pass the idea the tickets are replied fast. Something that's not true. And certainly when there's zero tickets besides mine.
