You have got shares I guess?  The sudden increase in the MyTrafficValue statistics is due to the sudden rise of the share value from about 0.08 USD to the current value of about 0.147 USD i.e about 83 % increase. Every shareholder experienced this sudden increase in MyTrafficValue stats. I didn't clicked any ad, because all my BAPs are gone *sigh* But I will probably deposit in the next week. And about the shares, I don't have any shares, I think I bought a share once, but sold it, so, I think the ~$100 proven traffic value, comes from my referrals earning / shares or what?
