ptc4fun Traffic Value: $73.44772 Macedonia 1 like this post 0 people 18/11/2014 01:16 I requested cashout through Payza on 11/05/2014, after a day it has been marked completed but I haven't received the payment into my Payza account. I see on the forum other members are reporting the same issue, so I guess there is a glitch with Payza payments. Here are the transaction details: Status: ok Created: 11/05/2014 16:42 Updated: 11/06/2014 14:11 Reference: Transaction Type: cashout Method: Payza Gross Amount: $15.50 Sender: admin@mytrafficvalue.com Recipient: my email address Fee Charged: $0.57 Cost Incurred: $0.00 Monetization Generated: $0.57 Net Amount: $14.9399 The reference number is missing from the transaction details, I am not sure why, maybe that's the reason why I did not get my payment. I sent support ticket 11 day ago and still waiting for an answer. Do you still have the money in your account, or have they been issued? Only Jo can help you in this matter at the moment, i suggest try to wait for him to answer. Just try and get in touch with Jo, this is my best suggestion, as he is the only one that can help you now. This isnt adviseble, but since you said your ticket is 2 weeks old, try and post when you see him reply, i dont mean stalk him, but try to get in his way a little, also keep in mind that he is VERY busy,and he allready mentioned that he has a lot of support tickets to answer, so just wait a few, i promise you, your issue will be fixed, and you will be a happy capmer in no-time
