With a full-time job and no internet access a work, how will I view 80 ads of 30 seconds each when I get home after 7pm local time? I won't finish viewing all my ads for the day and BAP will be lost because of that, so I will be forced to used the ad filter and earnings will be slow...I might as well join a normal PTC site and click ads on there because the rate of earnings will probably be the same if I use the ad filter...I joined PV because it was different... For the members who have internet access at work, they can click ads at work, so they have nothing to lose...and even if I had internet access at work, I am always occupied with something so I couldn't click ads even if I wanted to. Sometimes I am so busy at work I don't eat lunch. Like I said before, if forced ad viewing is going to be implemented, then the timer should be reduced to 5 or 10 seconds. The reason I left ClixSense was for the exact same reason - forced ad views. And I don't join sites that force me to watch ads. By the way, even if I am not forced to watch ads, I do get interested in some ads e.g. PTP4EVER was advertised on PV and I decided to join it. Now I am also promoting PTP4EVER on PV. That feature is applied only on a higher value ads on any PTC site. I am personally against it, but if it has to be implemented than I suggest those not to be applied to ads under $0,01 value. Imagine 40-50 ads worth 0,0005. It takes 20-25 minutes at the best for 2 cents! Options: a ) reduce the time for low value ads if forced view is applied on them or b ) apply forced view only a on higher value ads. It doesn't mean that you have to watch every single ad and cannot recycle. It just means, that in order for the 30 seconds to count down the ad has to be looked at (as in, it has to be the active window in the browser). Most of the other PTC sites have it implemented and it's absolutely the right thing to do from the advertisers view. That is the only way they can actually get the guaranteed 30 seconds of your attention. I don't think it would be that much different, since you already have to wait for 30 seconds per ad, now you would just have to wait for 30 seconds per ad while it's visible on your screen. I can imagine there will be days members cannot access PV/MTV, for whatever reason, but they probably think $1,99 is too much for buying the vacation mode, as they only lose 1 day of ads (at least I do). But if we have a 'day off' mode, which should cost about $0.50, or 2500 BAP, people will buy this one sooner if needed. The ability to stop ads from recycling would be awesome. I can decide by my won what ads i give more attension yes or no. Example an russian or polski or other whatever country language advert an attension of 1 second is more than enough, but if there are good ads i will give time on that een longer than 30 seconds. Secondly i get more than 80 adverts daily, so i combine that with surfing forums, checking irc, checking other sites and soon. Making my time usefull. From 99% of all ads you know if it needs attension or not.
