Some people are waiting for response for few weeks already, how we can convince them to PV as their ad purchase is pending forever, and they receive bulk reply every 2-3 days. And if you can think of a system to code in to help enable staff; then that'd be great... But the problem is we need access to the account histories from all the different payment processors, to add these missing deposits. And to add a missing deposit from EGO or PM requires so many checks. PP / Payza are easy; as the details of the purchase are shown on each queried deposit. But with PM / EGO you're working blind. So you have to check everywhere to see if this deposit already exists, and if not - where to add it. It's a pain in the butt! But there shouldn't be so many support tickets when things start working, there are no delays with any payment processors, and no more BAP refunds to do due to DDOS attacks. We've already made the PP deposit process way more reliable. Egopay seems to be dropping the ball most frequently right now... But I think thats because of this cron issue that keeps killing 50% of server traffic every couple hours, and generating the short spells of error 20's But there are literally NO QUESTIONS in support tickets. As much as I love to accept them , I can understand that it can seem wrong as this wasn't the first time. Especially changing long-term sponsors is basically exploiting the ref plan to some degree. You don't know what the first upline did offer (if he did), and even if he didn't... he spent money on advertising to grab those referrals which are taken away from him afterwards (weird?). Most of programs I'm involved in deny upline change request, and I somewhat feel it's the fair thing to do.
