MTV is the one that would fund the account once a week / month and payouts would be moved to the account setup by Payoneer, connected to your Payoneer card. You then use that debit card where ever it is accepted. MTV could offer a payment alternative for all the Paypal pending payouts. Cancel the cashout request and offer them to cashout by other processor. Paypal payment issues can take a lot of time to resolve. I'm sure it's going to be fixed and everything is going to be fine with Paypal, but MTV can't afford to let the members wait for their money (in my opinion) for an undefinite time. Then, when everything is going fine and the business is growing, they suddenly judge that PaidVerts is a risky business that goes against their terms. Their behaviour puts many business in jeopardy (of course MTV is too big to fail because of Paypal, but it's a non-negligible obstacle ahead) Darknit Traffic Value: $3,211.07643 Sri Lanka 1 like this post 0 people 28/05/2014 04:05 Payoneer customer service is far better & much more flexible in these circumstances & really prompt in replying.  Payoneer is US based as well & to send money to any one around the world you just need their email address or their prepaid card number. If a person does not have a card number & one sends the cash using email , they asked that particular person to register with them & open an account with them to received the money. Once registered & verified they issue us a master card which can be used worldwide to swipe where there master cards are accepted plus we can use it with any ATM Machine(allows MasterCards) to withdraw funds. They do charge something like 29$ annual account maintenance fee which is really nothing & ATM withdrawal fee is 3.15$ per transaction. I'm not sure about the Sending Fees, but they got Partner accounts which will suit this business & allowing Mass Global Payments. Jo, I think its better to contact them & consider them as an alternative to PayPal until such time waiting for PayPal's response, by that time PayPal thinking of responding, I'm pretty sure you will get your account set with Payoneer , coz they are very supportive that they even respond to people commenting on their forums within just few hours, really pleased with their service.
