Obviously we're going to try and buy them as cheap as possible. And people are clearly willing to sell cheaply; so why would we pay more? If nobody accepts the bids; then we'll increase the price. Such is the nature of supply & demand. But for the moment, i'd like to temp out the short term shareholders; as they're the ones dragging the price down. Once they're all gone, preferably for as little money as possible; then the price will be free to climb. But the main issue, which I discovered yesterday after several hours of investigation, was of course.... incapsula! They blocked pm/ep callbacks, because they classified them as bot suspicious activity... And i'll work through the remaining support tickets ASAP. There are 3 main PM cashouts pending around 7days now. I'll see if those users will accept another payment method. As we never seem to have any PM available, especially for larger cashouts. And we're still playing catch up with PayPal. There are two cashouts pending at 8days or so, and everyone else is under 7days. Let's see if enough funds release overnight to get us back to 1-7days for everyone. There's always the odd one that doesn't go through even when its working perfectly. And we usually accept claims with PayPal before elevating them to disputes. I don't want some idiot stealing $2 to harm our reputation with PayPal. We'll only call upon them if the scope of the fraud is too high. Otherwise, we'll just write off the loss and ban the user; that's why we charge such a big deposit fee for PayPal in the first place. As there's always bad people about. And actually, we usually make a bit of money on each of these chargebacks; as we write off the full value of the chargback on the portfolio. But then there is usually some value in the accounts that can be clawed back; even if its just removing all the BAP. --- And i'm cheating on todays PV ad issue... it's a tiny one anyway. So i've just issued 10x $0.01 ads to everyone over 1600 BAP. Plus a few random mini ads. Monday we'll be back to normal. --- Also, i'm pushing the programmers to prioritize the new PV member page info box & the daily account maintenance fees.
