That should force him to only access the server via the 'front door' (incapsula; our DDOS protection) Let's see! But even now, his attacks are really limited. They're just flooding the server with 100+mbps of requests; and even getting the server to ignore those requests consumes all the bandwidth and thereby shuts us down temporarily. But the attacks are always short lived and easy to recover from. So we're making progress. And hopefully this IP switch should be the end of it. And tomorrow i'll try and focus on support tickets. Lots of those to do! I've lost considerable BAP. It's getting annoying now. Because after a whole week I feel that the programmers are not on top of things and I'm wondering if this is the end of it. And how about the upgrades, they would be extended with a week. Mine ends tomorrow morning, will it be extended before that time. So what I was affraid of really is true. Nothing has changed, it is not resolved. Jo, maybe it's time to consult an external party who are experts at this, because the programmers seem not to be capable of sorting this out. And as you can see in other threats it's taking to long now. The break even point has now been reached. When I read severral forums people are now really losing faith. I just put myself in Jos shoes and think about the frustration he is experiencing. There are so many more important things to be working on then dealing with these attacks. Jo is only one guy dealing with 10s of thousands of accounts. I hate losing ads to recycling just as much as everyone else. If you think about it though ads getting recycled help with sustainability by eliminating some BAP debt. When this all started I personally was expecting no consideration to lost BAP. The site is fair for everyone or unfair in the case of all this downtime. Everyone lost some ads and some BAP. I got a recycled ad for $5 so that was awesome lol. It really shows Jo's character that he is willing to go through and credit BAP back to people that report what they lost. I've been with MyTrafficValue almost since the beginning and I don't question Jo's incentives. I am worried about the fact that this is an online investment. Which means that it attracks a lot of people who are familiar with ptc, hyip and that sort of things. These people have seen scams over and over. And when such things happens as are happening now these people are getting anxious. And this is dragging on too long.
