Allowing one to help him out with anything would mean that that person would have access to everything and by giving someone the same privileges Jo has right now could compromise the entire project. Just be patient and accept how things currently are. There are plans to add staff and improve the system to allow shareholders to help out, but that needs programming time and money. The first 2 programmers currently don't have with all the things they're dealing with. Sure it can be great for members but its just not a big profit generator for MTV/PV. Right now there needs to be focus on products that generate profits that help both sites. What's the point to do that? All I said that if we continue this way without a staff team, we will be facing several problems as always. Security issues will be sorted as well as other problems but several members without the capacity to trust, relax and do not complain(which unfortunately are numerous), spend money in ads and referrals which are giving right now a headache. I DO NOT COMPLAIN. Just giving my honest opinion in order to calm referrals and make Jo's life easier. Time is telling me use this timming not the security crap. This is the reason why I sold all my shares after debt issues and this is the reason why I offered my unconditional help countless times and will keep doing it. Debt swap was not a problem. Sorted. PV is not a problem. Will be sorted. Security is not a problem. Will be sorted. All I mention will raise the shares prices because will seed TRUST and TRUST is the factor which RAISE SHARES PRICES, BRING BIG INVESTORS AND TURN $10 PRODUCTS LIKE EF INTO MILLION $$$$ PRODUCTS. I still cannot believe that Jo has to spend the weekend dealing with heackers, releasing 600 payments manually and also doing hundreds of tasks more. He should be improving products and expanding brand I guess.... A dedicated staff commanded by Jo will make the difference at all the products and this will make shares and PV to sky-rocket while problems do not affect us anymore. He's willing to work for free!  It does bring up another question, though, namely, 'how much money is there currently for new staff members and what would be their tasks?' And I've another question of a more personal nature; what's best for MTV regarding my account? I could hold on to my shares, not undercutting paidverts, or I could sell another 60% of them and whack everything into the 250% plan. The second action would give MTV a little cash boost for portfolio and dare I say, staff. The first action would let paidverts sell its shares a bit quicker freeing up money for it. What do you think? BTW with selling another 60% of my shares, I am merely returning to my pre-debt-swap division of money in plans, shares etc.. I agree it is a ton of work for Jo to manage. Before he can add more support staff those systems need to be built first. There needs to be secure ways of enabling access to staff members. Anyone Jo brings on board would need to be vetted and proven to be trustworthy. I'll get back to EF as best I can. And MrGreen, do whatever you like, and whatever you think is in your best interests. It's not a problem either way. Any & all activity within MTV is a good thing... If you're investing at all; then you're facilitating progress. Thereafter, do whatever you think will make you the most money. Shares + FT250 really is a coin flip in my opinion. Shares could well explode at any point; we just need a few big people to decide to buy; and boom. But they may also stick at the $0.12-$0.15 mark for a while; whilst we actually grow / take the portfolio up a notch. And financing wise; we always have a bit less than what the portfolio page displays as available development funding. Usually 5-10k less.
