Some news from the programmers:

There's been some sort of issues with Incapsula earlier today which might have cause some problems with solving captchas. There's also been some higher DB load the past few hours, for which reason I'll send out the tiny ads out towards the evening. The main ad issue has been sent and should be arriving to your accounts shortly though.

David is basically slowly starting to work full-time for us which is awesome and should result in a lot of improvements the following months. Alex should be able to help out a bit more again so that's great

And Paul and Daniel have started setting up the Polish office now so the next few days they'll likely be busy with that, but once they finally settle in they're going to start work on some huge cron improvements/recoding to make sure everything is prepared for swap.

Kamil has done some improvements on the share market today that will likely fix the "0 share" bug that sometimes appeared and blocked the market.

And he's just about to increase the betting limits to 50000 BAP for coin flip and roulette as many users have been asking about this. It will add 2 more double ups for the beloved martingale strategy, but with the huge volume of plays we're having the variance will be acceptable to negate any risks that come with the increased betting limit.

I've moved the swap date by 6 days, to conform with an actual promise I made a few weeks ago... Plans change all the time, but if I say something is guaranteed -- then i'll do my very best to honor that. And for the sake of a few days - it's no biggy! And a few more people will get fast tracked -- so all the better.

I'm rolling cashouts at the moment.

We're going to increase the maximum bet limits on BAP Coin Flip & BAP Roulette up to 50,000 BAP max... This will mean people can double up a maximum of 11x -- which means that only 1 in 2056 plays will they lose all 11, and the stats averge out in PV's favour. But given our play volume, this won't be an issue for us at all.

Additionally, I'm thinking to block PV Bulk Ad Purchases all together either this week or next. I don't want to burn new users with the looming swap... And this will cap our debt completely; it'll be all downhill from this point forwards. Which is good!

And a few days ago we adjusted the banner selection code for PaidVerts... to select the oldest ad campaign 50% of the time, and a random ad campaign the other 50% of the time. So that's beginning to clear our backlog there.

And looking at the figures of late; our click backlog, is also reducing by ~4million per day. So that's looking much better; hopefully we've fixed that problem with the $1.05 packs. (And when our cron + recycles are working 100% -- that'll go down even faster; and we'll get to the point of delivering ads very quickly, which is important)

I've asked SloSumo to keep posting programming news & updates regarding the Slovenian office he's working on. As if we get two people contributing to the daily news, that'll be much better. Plus, being a programmer - he can better update you on the technical developments.

But slosumo is doing a good job. I believe he (and his office) will pretty much take over the majority of my work + all admin/support stuff in the coming months), freeing me up to focus on new ideas / products and what not.

I'm adding $500 to mentysis account, for referring David our new SysAdmin. As that was a good find... And if anyone can refer a programmer that proves productive - we'll happily pay you a $500 finders fee, upon receipt of the first usable project / game / bit of code.

Oh yea, about Slovenian one. In fact my friend has just had a long talk with our accountant yesterday so we're all set on how to move on and will likely be sending the first invoice for the start up cost either this or next week. Then there's a 3-4 weeks we have to wait for some verification process by the court, meaning that we'll likely start in 1st-3rd week in April. We'll try to get started ASAP and are already getting our first people up to speed on some aspects of the work we'll do so we don't waste precious weeks just preparing everything.

Would it be possible to change the way how specific campains are dispatched to the user?
For example today I got 8 Activation Ads which were showing exactly the same page and it happens very often. Firstly, it is slightly boring to see the same webpage eight times in a row, secondly there is a bigger advertising impact when eight different people see my webpage rather then one person sees it eight times.
