For every 19 shares you own right now, you will get a bonus of 1 share. Most of the shares will go to big share holders since they got a lot of shares and as the name says they are "share-holders". They hold on to their shares. So I doubt that there will be to much additional shares in circulation, which could leave to a decrease in the share price. Plus after the addition of 120m shares share holders will earn 25% of dividends instead of 19% of dividends. And since most of the share holders buy back shares with there dividends that will help remove the additional shares in circulation. So in my opinion I doubt that the share price will decrease that much.
