Some says that it generate to much debt but if that is true then why do we have plans in MTV? Should we shut down MTV then? It really does not matter how much debt there is in PV as long as people keep buying ad packs which makes money to other things and the ads are delieved. There could be 100 millions in debt and it will not mean a thing because there is no timelimit to return that 100 million. That could be in 1 week or in 100 years. So why do we need to change that? This is the product that makes must of the money to pay the bigger debt MTV has. While PV only make 55 cent debt per 1.05 dollars MTV did make 1.5 dollars per 1 dollar and now only 1 dollar per dollar, even the lowest is a little over 70 cent per dollar.  Wait there is more, PV is doing much more to remove debt than MTV is, it takes 100 BAP from every user everyday, it takes BAP from ads people are not viewing and it can do that 21 times for one ad. What does MTV to remove debt? Nothing! So tell me again way we would remove the best thing MTV owns? The one that pays the investor? Tell me again way we need a swap right now? So it will go faster? That is not the reason of debt swap! Why not do something to get back on track instead of pulling the lever? All of you that know how to drive a car know that you do not pull the lever, you steer into the ice, lets do that instead. Things we could do.
