Pay pal does not mess around. And stop using past situations for todays. You've never had a swap when Paidverts was onboard and this is going to hit all those users that are already getting fed up with the functionality of the site and all those new people that keep joining as we speak. They will only assume they are being "scammed" once again just as countless other ptc sites have done to them. So yes that is going to raise flags with paypal in a business that is already against their TOS already.  Also just a little more does of reality for you. Once Neobux finds out what is happening, they will most likely Blacklist paidverts as they do with so many other sites. You did not make this business successful we did. We deserve  a little more respect. Yes its your baby but we help to feed and nurture it. You will do what you want either way so I hope it works out for all of us. Cut the whining already... nobody is going to lose anything, unless you be silly, don't listen to the advice posted, and firesell your shares during the 1-7days that the share price will drop after any exchange. The theory i'm proposing is sound. It's worked for us 3x before; and this proposition is a dream compared to previous iterations of a similar concept. I believe we'll hit $0.10+ sharae price within a month of doing this. And that means you'll get 155% ROI within a month! There's no lost $7k. There's only $11k+ to be cashed out 30days or so... And that's a lot more than the ~20-30% ROI you'd likely see via regular ad issues in that same period of time. ---- Have a little confidence in me. And we have a fixed process for winning disputes. And any user that files a dispute will be insantly banned, as we can prove ad delivery. And any disputes will get their BAP wiped from the system, for the benefit of everyone else. And even if we lose 10-50k worth of disputes, that's a small price to pay for a debt free PaidVerts. But this exchange is very mild compared to a debt swap, and I think users will see that fairly quickly... So it shouldn't be a major problem. And with 1 weeks advanced notice, with lots of notifications etc; pitching it in a positive light: eg: "Special Event Notification: Your ____ Bonus Ad Points will be instantly traded for ___ cash shares on Monday.
