I think this is being done more to take our cash we've been saving for cheap shares, thinking it won't go down, that way there are more cheap shares available for the Big Investors. And, just an FYI, it's always been the case that the Big Term ShareHolders own 70/80% of the shares, and yet they are also the ones that can "dictate" the price of the shares, if they so choose, at least for the hour they are working. I still think the Big Term Shareholders want to drive the price down, just under 3c is probably not feasible b/c yeah most of us are smarter about shares and we don't need more than the min cash each day. It means 80% (at least) of the swap shares will go to those big plan investors users. Also, if you check on the SHP you will see that big users been buying up shares at the latest prices so they wont undercut it for sure. No hope here. I think since most major shareholders have also invested lots of funds in the FTQ plans which will be swapped for shares in the next few days.. they will want to get their FTQ investments (including profits) as they expected from their FTQ plans, so that means they will want the share price to go up in order to get their expected FTQ investments which were supposedly to mature soon if there was no swap! Which means, they will buy at 4.4 and sell at 5.X, then force the price back down, and buy again, when they want to. So, yes, they have no problem forcing the price to go under what they bought, today.
