When implemented ID verification will be mandatory only for people who seem to be multi-accounting - in which case they'll have to submit ID proof for every one of those account to prove they're owned by different people, otherwise risk getting them blocked. This has nothing to do with using multiple IPs to login to one account, nor will it be a mandatory check for every user. Just for accounts we consider to be "multi accounts". Also in order to conform with KYC laws, submitting a photo of your ID might be required/mandatory if you'll wish to deposit/cashout via certain payment options, such as credit cards and bank wire. Plus we'll offer anyone an option to upload their ID for extra security (as if you'll ever need to provide proof to support that you're the owner of the account - i.e. when changing payment processor details via support), as it'll be the quickest way to prove your real identity via our support should you ever need it. We're not going to force anyone to upload their ID (unless exceptions like multi-account checks and unlocking ability to use some payment options that require them to conform with laws and prevent us having any issues as a business offering them - banking and credit cards). Reason why PV has been this successfull is because of its connections with MTV and the combined powers...if PV goes live as an stand-alone site it wont go very far and it will be down hill from that moment on. Is the only reason for spliting the buisness the paypal block??? What will happen with current PV users? Ive been spending my money like crazy to get to a group where im comfortable to be in and for what, to be transfered to a new site (or turned into shares again) and click for pennys. Please dont ruin what we have here, PV-MTV combination is more than fine, we dont need paypal if they dont want us and if you kill PV from portfolio MTV will lose 5-8k profit per day which will slow down the FTQ payments and eventualy grind the site to a stop, and/or another debt swap that we all want to avoid for atleast an year. Anyway, i know my post wont change your mind as you already have it set on doing this, but atleast ill try to talk you out of it... I don´t see how it would be SO BIG as to need to be changed and demand that the programmers leave the new products aside in order to hunt for scammers - better to keep things as they are for now and let them work in improving MTV/PV, which is sorely needed at this moment. In future each new business has to be separated to gain other people(outside). For example store or sports betting cannot be related to MTV or Paidverts. Because of MTV is for investors. Paidverts is also great for investors but it needs own products and should be also separated. But Paidverts has another advantage. It will be helpful to advertise new businesses.
