An FTQ round is the total investment of an entire week. The round starts on Mondays and it is closed on Sundays. That amount of investment is repaid slowly by the revenues untill the entire round is repaid. Then we move to pay the next round. Each user is paid on a FIFO base, so they will get repaid in the queue according to the time they invested, and, when their turn comes, they will be repaid their full due amount, The percentage you see is the percentage of the entire Que that has been paid, not your amount. You have not earned anything, until you are #1 on the queue (well usually near the top works as well). Then, you are paid all at once. The % you see is where your investment "ranks" in the whole round (week) of investments.
