I should know I had my accounts pre approved before antsavings, had all guarantees and they STILL ask for things and make threats all the time even though.... Paypal can bankrupt a site... out of NOTHING and for no reason they can freeze your funds... If Paidverts had it's own account and severed itself completely from MTV, then maybe.  However, if it remains as it stands, you can forget it. If Paypal starting allowing such transactions to occur with any and everybody, then they would get in trouble by our Federal government and get shut down. Paypal is a huge company used worldwide. They have to play be the rules of the land. They will not have their operations/business on the line (or shut down) for unregulated websites/companies.
