But I can't change it on my own and support wants me to upload all kiinds of info that I already uploaded to become verified. I've been verified for over a year guys!! And this is one of many reasons why I've decided to leave. To much hassle over small stuff and a loss of money. How do I change my BTC address so I can withdrawal what I have left after all the sw@ps and being knocked back to square one more than twice. Would you rather be left wide open for someone to hack into your account change the withdrawal address and cashout b4 you know it? BTW, "all that hassle", not really at all. Only when you need to change something via support do you need to show some proof you are who you are. Meaning, once you change your BTC withdrawal address, no need to verify, except via the email link w/n 1hr, to withdraw again and again. I really wish you'd reconsider. Just convert everything to RP, and forget about us for years. When you come back, by then, your "retirement/restart" nest egg should have grown much larger than whatever you leave with now. Unless, you desp have no money for real life needs (not wants), or you really think you can do better and come back with more, due to that cash, this is a very good strategy for those who want out. There are no worries, RP (even if they take another form) will still be there. The screenshot must be from your payment processor and not from our site. Also a transaction made to/from our site must be clearly visible. But if you you all ready did verify you should have most of de doc's all ready. And they ask for info about you new payment processor account. What their asking about the transaction is not within anyone's means to provide. It's an impossible task that you can't prove over BTC.
