Unlocking it will require a support ticket. Locking a payment option will make it impossible for anyone to change the details of the payment option, set it up in the first place and deposit/cashout via it. If you have money on a certain method balance while you lock it you will still be able to use that money for games, ad purchases and so forth. This is just the first of some optional security options we'll be adding. Daniel is currently taking some time looking into some session locking feature, to completely get rid of any random logouts users experience - the main root of which has already been fixed, but we'd like to completely get rid of that. Kamil will try to get the shortened ad timers on new ad purchases sorted, along with a visual captcha option for viewing ads on PaidVerts. And we might have some good news in the following weeks regarding bank wires and finally re-enabling them, but that keeps dragging on and on, so when we have that sorted conclusively we'll make a proper update about that. And although that could be sorted any day now, we're trying to get an alternative option sorted to get the funds for the office and finally get started on that as well. Lock requires a "key". Support has the key, and will use it, if we provide proof we are who we say we are. Block means something is in the way of it. In this case, a "locked door". Sorry, I should have used Lock. But seeing as I don't have the key myself, I just don't really think of it as locked but rather blocked.
