Create a fund buffer of 30 days worth of bill money, that way, the bills are 'prepaid'. Then develop a plan of action as to how to handle funds in excess of that. There was nothing backing the add issues like there are now. Remember the top PV earner back then wasn't a normal user or portfolio, it was Jo's personal account. Even worse, those huge ads would get issued to keep users chugging along thinking it would last forever.
