People need to be forearmed with relevant information as soon as possible when it will affect them.  If Brian reads this forum post and feels anything it is really on him to meet up with the actions of his word. When a business delivers a paid service then that service should be delivered as stated and paid for or run the risk of unhappy customers sharing their experiences. Many customers would be a lot less patient or kind if they were in the same shoes.
