I particularly agree with lowering the investment plans. They should be realistic topping out around 20-30%, rather than the current 100%+. I also think it should be based on an annualized structure, so if times are really good, you receive your investment and interest back in the year, and if times are slow, you receive your investment back in a year.   This will keep more $$ in the hands of MTV while still giving investors a return on their capital. The real gains will be seen in the share market just like in the real markets. Bond/Fixed income is limited to 3-6% (upwards for junk bonds) depending on the safety of the company. OR, you can set up MTV investments like a share market based on $1 with limited access. For example: Invest $.80 to receive $1.00 back in a year (or whatever time frame) As people buy up, and MTV decides they can reduce their financial burden, they can start selling for .82, .85, if demand is still there, .90.  All minimizing the interest owed back to the investor.  Or sell "fixed investments" based on the backing. You want to raise $200,000, and will back that up with $150,000 set aside just incase the worst happens, you can still pay back $150k of that $200k people invested. That would sell for a lower return than say raising $200,000 with only $50k backing.  This will also force people into the share market and minimize the debt through the investments options. The only downside are their fees. Other than that, its a trustworthy exchanger.
