Or extend that timer to 20h. Think a little bit, if you issue the random ads at 8PM server time, wich is 10PM CET, many users have their sleepy time because many have daytime job. So if the timer is 18h, then its expired at 16PM CET, the day time job is from 8AM to 5PM. We simply dont have time for PV. Solve the PayPal issue and the trust in PV/MTV will raise again. I think many users are waiting for the multi poker. I think these are the main three issues that need to be solved and using PV/MTV will be much comfortable. Best regards
