BTC wallet ids can't confirm existence of separate individuals. Here S......15 is very active in buying  bulk ads for BIG AMOUNT and selling its BAP  for RPs. Big amount of REF COM is earned by UPLINE S.....19.where the UPLINE  is just keeping his account  active to collect REF COM. There is exploit by using the same IP too. I don't earn any commissions of most of my referrals anymore because they have stopped to click and stop to invest. And be sure that I was the person who has invested the most. However, until older brother uses that commission, there is no violation, pertaining to #1. Even in that case, if older brother becomes actually active, then no violation, pertaining to $1. In fact, if my upline, who is inactive, but was active b4, was someone in my household/same IP and then came back, to check the status of FBG, saw the commission and used it, went back to inactive status. There really is no violation, Intent vs Letter. Some users of the community are the more passive type, that may prefer to only refer others. We don't want to consider them inactive, if it's only ref commission. Even if all they could do is refer family members. Whether they were active or not b4 doesn't matter. If they only collect ref commissions but the family member actually does the activity and keeps the  commissions. Heck, they could add it to the household funds that can be spent by even their upline. It's gray, but should still be ok. If they referred anyone/including same IP, but then got bored/disenfranchised, they can still come back and collect on previous work. There is no term that states you must remain active in order to receive ref commission. Nor should there be. Again, Intent vs Letter is what should be the case. As hard as it is to detect, a blanket ban is not needed. In fact, I'm sure the cheaters can and may get away with getting back their 5/10% 0.25/1%'s even though they did not use the same IP AND are verified separate entities. Now, if Admin care, they can work with these account holders to verify their identity, esp b4 any cashouts. If it's all used internally, no real harm. As long as we aren't talking about manipulating the market/maintaining multiple accounts with BAP/MAP, and just ref commissions, there is very little harm. That ref commission does mean that someone generated the rest of the purchase/action, in the first place, ref commission is only a small part of that. Someone has to get that ref commission. For the integrity of the ref system, we don't allow changing to be your own ref, but if that's the only strike you did, it's not that big a strike. Make no mistake, I do not condone cheating/deceiving. If suspicious, I do want you to be scrutinized. If someone does slip through, after all the admin checks, oh well. It's better than saying NO you must not refer a family member, if you ever end up inactive, save for collecting ref commissions. Most of this is not specific comments on the current case. More a general statement. Famil Member/Same IP, virtually interchangeable. All existing accounts with the same ip and referred to each other should have their upline changed to portfolio. After all, there are at least 255*255 matching IP numbers to each IP listed as they are now. Leads to a lot of presumptions.
