I would suggest then, that all administrators will each have RSS feeds of all their posts and these will all appear in a ticker or scrolling text at the left side of MTV's pages... (or at the sticky threads section)...

But maybe if the left side is intended for banner ads, then just put a scrolling text or a ticker or something at the top of the forum for all administrator's latest posts.

Maybe in the sticky threads... why not add the RSS feeds of all administrators in that section of the forum... so anyone wishing to read any administrator's updates can easily check it out anytime they want, and read it no matter if the posts are buried in random threads or already gone in the latest posts section...
