The strength in a matter like this is on numbers. Calling doubt on it is understandable given what you said about your ticket, though. I personally can't vouch for the service as I haven't used it these days, but remember that there are people who may have experienced the support staff's attention and while bad things are often said, when something is successful it's treated as normal and goes unsaid. It's natural. Now that riffolen gave some more testimony on this matter the doubts on the support staff does get a bit more of strength. Perhaps it could be good to ask in a couple days if there's something wrong with the support service? Creating a thread or something.
