There are legal problems with Payza and Obopay in US, so people cant withdraw apparently, they are under investigation there, i think because the Bitcoin/HYIP/Egopay/ponzi friendly thinghttp://behindmlm.com/payment-processors/dept-of-homeland-security-seizes-us-payza-funds/
