@Steffenbiese

I totally agree. And the fact is... if you sell your shares which you've gained from the swap for less than 30 cents or 600 BAP you LOOSE. And a great reduction in debt because you sell for less than what is OWED to you. He knows this of course.

"Yan is an ongoing problem, he continues to hack us to this day and nothing is being done to stop him. The hope of moving to aws and changing the config to stop him is a weak play. He has hacked our pm account at least twice, with pm blocking all the funds the second time. And he continues to brute force user logins using his old stolen version of the database. You should change your passwords if you are still using the one you signed up with whilst yan was working for us.

We know where yan lives. It's only a few morals preventing us from spending a tiny amount of money to physically terminate the risk. As there seems to be no legal means to stop him.

Jo....  Are you trying to justify something ?  You know that kind of talk is a classic excuse out of scammer admin's playbook. If that is actually happening, why do you not have any information to back up with it ? Don't say you cant divulge due to confidentiality to lawyer/polices' advices... Yan's reporting was mentioned a while ago and then it hasn't been mentioned for a few months until Mentylsis brought up Yan in a post. Afterward, JO came up with that talk... Come on JO...  You re making me feel really sad... It is like I do not know who to believe... Slosumo's positive development report or JO's alarming doomsday report. I am starting to believe that Yan does not exist at all. Please show some proof that you are not making things up ! I would love to believe you JO.... Lastly, you used the word BORING again... I am sorry that you do not like boring and crappy clones but we DO... I rest my case

Only proof we have is when Jo posted pics of Yan from his facebook. So we know what he looks like and the car he apparently must have bought using stolen mtv funds. But i too also wonder if he is just made up. There seems to be too much phony baloney going on. We need answers!

@Catt - I am not a regular forum participant, but I make it a point to spend hours everyday and read all posts, even the whining ones. I think you're a great moderator and if MTV and PV members don't realize it, it's their loss. I admire your patience because there are some posts where the posters deserve a kick on their hinies. You handle them with immense patience and fortitude. I, for one, am a greater admirer and supporter of your moderating abilities.

txs for the appreciation but I have to admit I haven´t been to my best lately, due to many factors, one of them being the one I already mentioned and another being health issues.. but I have no intention of giving up on trying to moderate the forum, to some people´s dismay wink

A simple question:
If a Perfect Money account's funds are blocked, can it still receive deposits while funds are blocked ?

This sounds so off the wall it is pitiful. Why? Because if Yan is hacking peoples accounts and losing all of their cash, shares, and bap, who benefits from that?? PV does, so explain now why Yan, your #1 enemy would be helping you to get out of debt???

In Red, sounds to me like you all are planning on getting a hit man. That is not a good sign at all. Physically terminate??? WTF?

@steffenbiese:

share price is not so relevant. Turnover is, because if you're in for the long run, investing in shares makes sense. Weekly dividend based on turnover make shares the most profitable asset in MTV, but only in the long run. I cannot imagine why people don't like shares. It's like they don't know what to do with them and don't look further than a few months shouting and yelling that Jo is an imposter because share prices only went down instead of up. And all these weeks i've just collected my dividend and invested this dividend into more shares. I'm not a Jo praiser although he had brilliant ideas. I've mixed feeling about this: we need someone with brilliant ideas, but we also need a well managed business, something we can fall back upon. When i read the last posts of Jo he seems almost a split personality: from the man with visions and ideas to the man stuck because of constant struggle with laws, hacking and stuff. I think the latter one is way too negative, although i think i understand him because Jo likes to move forward, executing his ideas not being hindered by all the problems MTV is facing now. Way too negative because i cannot imagine that these problems cannot be overcome. In my opinion technical problems simply cannot win from human intelligence and creativity although it can take lots of time to finally overcome them.

And to speak with Slosumo's words (i think it was him, but if not it's also how i am feeling): Jo's time here is up and now we need someone to lead this business towards new heights, and stability, providing a reliable way of earning a decent income. I still believe this is possible, it only needs to be organised.

Regards

Michel

Ps: And we don't need the whining and yelling and complaining because it doesn't do any good to this business. That's why those "where is my ads" posts are totally pissing me off.

Wanted to point that out too. Not really smart posting stuff like that on an open forum. Especially when taking a look at the recent SilkRoad Trial.

Transparency.

Do you want it? Can you handle it?
Or do you want blind optimism and positivity? Omitting all the issues that really affect your investments into this business.

Now is a lousy time. Lots of risk. Lots of work to do. Growth and prosperity are likely 6+months away. We knew this was coming. Now we find out whether we weather the storm and come out the other side.

@Jo
It is pathetic how much are whining. If you are incapable of redoing whole MTV and can't oversee all programmers then hire a professional company to do it for you. It might cost $400-600k to do it but at the end you will have clean, fast and "all you want to be" MTV platform.

And why the fuck you opened two offices in two different countries? It just creates more problems than it solves. Why not one, bigger office and then scale from that? It's unbelievable. Geez. Why didn't you thought about opening 10 offices? smile

As for the money problem. Start selling partnerships or other monthly memberships. And that membership will be basically "investment" for us. For which we will get money back. That might be okay for banks.

Or start using other 'banking' services. For example: paxum. + they do offer pre-paid mastercards.

At least one company for which I worked was handling all money with paxum. I worked there illegally and they paid me through paxum. I had their pre-paid card and had no problem with it.
