Altcoin Mining - HashOcean does Altcoin mining which means they can mine dozens of different type of coins, especially those whose difficulty won't keep on increasing like crazy like for Bitcoin! ... They then exchange those mined altcoins with Bitcoins and thus are able to continue for a long time without investing in upgrading hardware every few months like for BTC. 2. Use of GPU Radeon Graphics Card for Mining - HashOcean uses easily available (and affordable) Radeon Graphics Card for Altcoin mining. These cards are cheaper than ASICs for BTC mining and can be bought off the shelf without waiting for months such as for ASICs on pre-order. 3. Renewable Electricity -  HashOcean must be using electricity from renewable resources like either Geothermal, Solar or Wind. This way they don't need to keep charging the customer for "cost of electricity", since the only expense they must have done is for the capital cost (and maintenance) of the equipment (solar panels or wind turbines). 4. Maybe it's a smart HYIP - No one can rule out the possibility that HashOcean is a very smart type of HYIP and is using new money to pay for old money!... And as long as there is sufficient money coming in (or being re-invested) it will continue paying till the bubble bursts! .... So be safe in either case and only invest what you can afford to lose here. I hope this answers how HashOcean is able to continue without losing Hashing Power.
