Also if there is a real company behind this - the company details. All responsible investors will want to check this out. I don't want to say I don't belive you when you say you are a real investor and can produce real investment results and I fully understand you will not disclose how you make your profits, but for us possible investors to actually invest in such a program more then just a promise is needed. When a new user registers he should be notified that the registration was successful (if it was successful of course) and also send the registration confirmation by e-mail (without disclosing the password!!!) That is the mistake most sites make - they send the confirmation by e-mail, but in the e-mail they also write the password that user has chosen - e-mails are not secure so never send passwords by e-mail... Also when I registered today there was obviously some problem with my password (perhaps I did not enter is correctly 2 times, I am not sure ) but when I completed my registration I did not get any error so I asumed my registration was completed successfully. But after that I was not able to login to the site. (I tried several times). Since I did not have the possibility to write a support ticket, as support is only available when a user is logged in the system, I tried reseting the password as my last possible solution to the problem. The reset password was successful and I finally managed to log in to the site. And here is also my suggestion - the password reset should be improved - copying a link, like it is done right now is a bad solution IMHO. Also the support - at least e-mail address how to reach support should be available to all users on the site not just the users which are logged into the system.
