Glad to BE on my feet again (mostly). Whatever virus got me was a real bugger--it's been quite a while since my lungs got that mucky. Still far from 100%, but way better than yesterday.

I've been thinking for years about getting a pneumonia vaccine shot since it seems that what kills the elderly when the flu bug comes around or when people's immune systems are compromised. I'm not elderly yet but I'd like to be prepared anyway

@dguy--every single time I get a danged vaccine for ANYTHING, I ALWAYS catch the disease. I have had measles, German measles, mumps, the flu quite a few times, and yes--a few years ago got the pneumonia shot, and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia for almost three weeks. The only vaccine I ever got that I DIDN'T catch the illness was the rabies vaccine when they were developing it (I was a plasma donor, since I have valuable plasma, and they needed us to make the vaccine. I have no idea if it actually WORKS--since I have never been bitten by a rabid animal or a democrat...). So no vaccines for old girl. It's easier to just get sick and get it over with--quicker and cheaper, too

Im a small user and if my upgrade is on, then i recycle some of them also mostly 0,005. I think half cents is also a making a way to climb in bigger groups for small users
